This project is a perfect example of how a client's bold idea transforms into an exclusive interior piece. A client who came to us through a recommendation was looking for an unconventional bedroom solution with an emphasis on angular lines and asymmetry. Our designers developed several concepts, from which the most technically complex and expressive one was approved. The result is a bed where volumetric 3D panels form not only the high headboard but also the entire perimeter of the base (bed rails), creating the effect of a solid architectural object.

Materials and features:

• Frame and filler: The complex architecture of the modules requires perfect base rigidity, so the frame is made of reliable moisture-resistant plywood. The volume of each detail is shaped using high-density, resilient polyurethane foam (PU foam). It allows us to achieve sharp edges that do not lose their shape or deform under daily use.

• Upholstery: A dense, wear-resistant velour was used, which, thanks to its matte texture, perfectly emphasizes the play of light and shadow on the geometric facets of the furniture. The material is incredibly pleasant to the touch, snag-resistant, and easy to maintain daily.

• Functionality: LED backlighting with adjustable lighting scenarios is delicately integrated into the asymmetrical seams of the headboard. The bed is also equipped with a powerful gas lifting mechanism that provides access to a spacious storage box. To fully complete the sleeping area, we equipped the project with a high-quality orthopedic mattress from our manufacturing partners.
