Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) determine the rules and conditions for using the website eleganthouse.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

The Site is administered and owned by SIA “Moncor”, operating under the premium furniture brand ElegantHouse (hereinafter referred to as “ElegantHouse”, “we”, or the “Company”). By using this Site, browsing its pages, or submitting requests via electronic forms, you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) fully and unconditionally agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property and Copyrights (Important)

All content hosted on the Site is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is used based on licenses from right holders. Such content includes (but is not limited to):

  • Furniture and wall panel designs;

  • Photographs of finished products and projects;

  • 3D models, renders, and visualizations;

  • Logos, graphic elements, and corporate identity;

  • Text descriptions, articles, and legal documents.

Prohibition of Copying: Any copying, downloading, distribution, modification, or commercial use (including posting on third-party websites or social networks) of ElegantHouse photographs, renders, and drawings without the prior written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited. In the event of intellectual property theft, the Company reserves the right to take legal action to seek compensation and block the offender’s resources.

2. Product Information and Visual Perception

We make every effort to ensure that the visualizations and photographs on the Site accurately represent the appearance, texture, and color of our furniture. However, the User must consider the following nuances:

  • Color reproduction depends on the brightness, contrast, and matrix settings of your monitor or smartphone screen. The actual shade of fabric, leather, or veneer may differ slightly from the image on the screen.

  • Natural materials (wood, veneer, marble, leather) feature unique natural textures. The grain pattern or slight variations in shade on the finished product may differ from the samples presented on the site, which is a mark of the material’s authenticity, not a defect.

  • All prices indicated on the Site (if any) are for informational purposes only. The final cost of a bespoke order is calculated by a manager only after the approval of all materials, dimensions, and hardware.

3. Site Usage Rules

The User agrees to use the Site for lawful purposes only. It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Use the Site to distribute spam or malicious software.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s administrative panel, servers, or the Company’s databases.

  • Use automated systems (scripts, bots, parsers) for the mass scraping of data, photographs, or texts from our Site.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this Site.

  • The Site may contain links to third-party resources (e.g., links to social networks or partner pages). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of these external sites.

5. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia.

6. Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior personal notice to Users. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes the User’s full acceptance of the revised Agreement.
