This project was realized based on a brief from an interior designer. Our task was to manufacture soft wall panels for a children's room. They act as a protective bumper along the wall, create a cozy area, and serve as a stylish decorative element of the interior. The vertical modules are made with rounded tops, which sets a soft rhythm for the entire composition.

Materials and features:

• Frame and filler: MDF serves as the rigid base for each panel. The optimal material for milling and creating precise geometric shapes. A layer of high-density polyurethane foam (PU foam) is responsible for the volume and safety; it perfectly holds its shape and protects the child from hard walls.

• Upholstery: The panels are upholstered in a tactilely pleasant, wear-resistant fabric in a neutral shade. The material is practical to maintain, which is an important criterion for furniture in a children's room.

• Functionality: The project required precise calculations during electrical installation. We pre-cut the openings and neatly integrated the frames with sockets and switches directly into the soft panels. This allowed us to maintain full access to the electrics without disrupting the visual integrity of the designer's concept.
