This project was executed in collaboration with an interior designer. The main task was to create a modern minimalist bed that would become the architectural centerpiece of the bedroom. The key visual feature of the model is the extended headboard that goes far beyond the sleeping area. Such an interior solution visually expands the room's space, harmoniously unites the sleeping area and nightstands into a single composition, and emphasizes the strict European aesthetics of the project.

Materials and features:

• Frame and filler: To ensure absolute reliability, which is critical when using a lifting mechanism, the frame is made of durable moisture-resistant plywood. Resilient, high-elasticity polyurethane foam (PU foam) is used as the filler for the bed rails and headboard. It creates a safe, soft contour around the entire perimeter and guarantees comfortable back support while reading or resting.

• Upholstery: The piece is upholstered in a practical textured fabric of a complex gray shade. This material perfectly holds its shape, does not stretch on large flat surfaces, and boasts high wear resistance, making it an ideal solution for everyday use.

• Functionality: The bed is equipped with a reliable gas-lift mechanism. The orthopedic base lifts easily, providing access to a spacious storage box, which allows for the most efficient use of the bedroom space. The calibrated height and width of the headboard were also designed taking into account the placement of the wall sconces, serving as a perfect aesthetic background for them.
